nice. indeed.
though we did not catch the fireworks, we still enjoyed ourselves.

spending the time together. lovely.

and.... first few days of work. was daym tiring.
dealing with P1 kids. and so many things to settle. but i so love them.

a good surprise when i sent the 24 gifts(for the years that i've missed) to his workplace.

it was nice seeing him smiling(priceless face) when he opened up the gifts one by one.

it was a wonderful day for the both of us.
as usual, it was unplanned. and yet it was fruitful.

got our lunch at Zamzam. got ourselves murtabak.
good food. cheap price.
then caught a movie. The Kingdom.
good movie.

decided to just sit around esplanade area for awhile.
and someone approached us with a ball.
for us to write our new year wish.
all excited both of us were..

so we wrote
"2008... a good today, a better tomorrow"
words by dear..
designed by me.
and we included all our trademarks..

and if im not wrong, this ball will be floating on the river for the countdown...

after all the excitement,
we went to get ourselves a similar pair of sandals.
sadly, the colours that we wanted were sold out.
either no size for me, or no size for him.
and we ended up with this.

was a saturday.

drama fiesta @ RP.
kids did great.
after the tiring rehearsals..after the scoldings..
they did well.

hey you.

I know of your problems and i truly understand them. But you know, i think you should just forget about the past, everyone's past, so that you can move ahead. It's not only for your own good but also for your partner's. I understand that it's rather hard to shake off that thought but i believe that if u try hard enough, you can do it.

You have a good future ahead, so i don't think u would wanna do anything to lose that. Why the need to hold on to grudges and think too deep about something which is not even happening? I'm sorry to say this but i think you're just being paranoid. Yes, you are scared, afraid that something bad might happen. Blame your past. But never try to destroy something that is good simply because of your wild imaginations.

You mentioned that you need some convincing from your partner. No doubt you need that. Girls tend to feel insecure at times. (hey hey, guys too) Maybe what you can do is to let things out. Share your thoughts. See what your partner has gotta say. And whatever that he says is definitely the best for the both of you. Never expect anything. At least he can understand how u feel, and hopefully will make u better.

at last, im able to watch it.
have been waiting and wanting to watch that movie for so long.

i hafta say..
that i love the movie.
and im hating it as well.

the story line is great.
a beginning teacher, being "thrown" into a class full of rebellious students.
students who don't even care about education.
because of their way of living.
and somehow, the teacher manage to have a way with them.
to make them respect her.
a very good way of teaching.

a typical "teacher" movie.

definitely.

however, question is, why is there a need for divorce?
the husband wanting a divorce because she is not spending enough time at home.
because she loves her students so much that she is neglecting him.
is she getting the support and the understanding from her husband especially when she is in need?
is she so into her work, that she is spending more time with her students and not her husband?

so who is at fault?

humans falter.
even though they try extremely hard to please everyone.

teachers, have the passion to teach.
and will try very hard to be the best teacher.
even better than their own teachers.
they tend to complain everyday.
and share every joy that they experience everyday.
and the most important thing that they need is support.
and we love our students/kids/children alot.

and experiences shared everyday by a teacher.
no one can truly understand them.
unless you experienced it yourself.

so sometimes, advices won't work.

right from the beginning, till he got his medication. i was there.

and i was a lil affected cz he is my student.

worried.

and with the hari raya concert that went smoothly, it was all worth it.

Mr Amin, who have endured all my crappiness due to all the hectic schedule that i had in school.
For making me laugh and smile even though sometimes i simply showed him the pathetic face.
For going through all the shopping to make this day a wonderful one.
And making sure that everything was well prepared; the gifts, costume.

and Mr Amin's mom who helped me in preparing the gifts for my kids.
Truthfully i felt a little bad going over because it was a little late. But because dearie insisted, and that i had to get the camera from his place, that left me with no choice. Nevertheless, appreciate the huge gesture.

I love him.

And it's the little things that made me love him more.

there are lotsa reasons to the things i do.

the worse trait about me is that i tend to keep things to myself.
though i try very hard to let everything out, be it small or big..
sometimes i just find it hard to do so.
maybe because i think too much about the other party.
his/her feelings.. his/her reactions..
i rather hurt myself than hurt him/her.(stupid??)
well, maybe i'm just trying to play safe.(being too careful is not good either)
trying my very best not to hurt the other party's feelings.
or maybe i'm just afraid that the person might just think that i'm petty and that i think too much about myself. (because it might just be a small matter to them..and oh, it happened)
yea, i know it's bad.
for me, and for the relationship i have with the person.
because there wasnt any transparency..and good communication.
but i'm still trying my very best though.
maybe not hard enough.

and another bad thing about me.
i think alot.
even the slightest thing that came across my mind, i will think about it.
it's horrible i tell you.
makes me sick sometimes.

FRIDAY: of the trip to Sentosa and the surprise i got.

that day, we went to Sentosa.
It was a wonderful day, being able to be by the beach, with someone you love, and the great breeze.
just wow.
munching a lil something, sitting on the mat, and watching movie.
and when night came, there were fireworks.
nice, pretty, colourful.
and the sky, the stars, they were simply amazing.
as for the gift, it was a pleasant surprise.
something that was unexpected.

SATURDAY: of the trip to johor with the N3 cluster schools.

it was a nice trip.
very fun.

went to various places.
